Unifeeder is a dynamic logistics company, delivering efficient transport solutions and sustainable supply chains to our customers every day. We cover Europe, Americas, Asia, the Middle East and the Wider Indian Subcontinent, and currently operate more than 150 vessels and make the way for +5,5 Mio. containers every year.
You’ll be joining Unifeeder’s Europe & Americas organization, with more than 300 colleagues across Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Cyprus and Panama. With reference to our Chief People Officer, you will be working from Unifeeder’s HQ in Aarhus.

What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with senior executives and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source Top Talent: Use your creativity and expertise to attract and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Drive Employer Branding: Promote our company culture and values to attract the best talent and build a strong employer brand.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure we stay compliant in the Recruitment Process, governing our policies spanning from fair and equal treatment to candidate data security (GDPR).

What we're looking for:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably from an international business.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You enjoy challenging status quo to continuously do things better. Preferably, you have project- and stakeholder management experience.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for talent acquisition and the desire and drive to make a difference.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, easily adapting to change.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
  • Ready to explore: You are ready to travel across office locations on a regular basis to partner with people and business leaders, ensuring we meet our talent acquisition and recruitment goals across the business.
