Welcome to the F&B Team
Our F&B team is a team of up to 90 colleagues operating in 4 different areas: Restaurant MINI CHEF, Café BRICKACCINO, Food Truck and the kitchen where we focus on creating amazing guest experiences while serving up to 1200 guests daily. You will be 1 out of 4 Team Leads in our F&B team, where you will have a close collaboration with especially the one also working in our Mini Chef restaurant. Together, the two of you will lead the restaurant with different areas of responsibility.
Core responsibilities
As Team Lead you have responsibility for being a role model for the Food & Beverage department. Through on-the-floor coaching and training, you'll guide them on how to engage with guests. You will have direct responsibility for your own team consisting of approx. 20 competent colleagues, working both full-time and part-time - including 1 Supervisor who is your extended hand.
Moreover, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the daily operation within your area, this includes e.g. keeping an overview of and optimizing our daily shift plan and restaurant table bookings
- Part of a “leader on duty team”, where our 4 leaders in F&B take turn in having the responsibility for F&B department on the day
- Responsible for handling the bookings and requests for our restaurant – also including changes.
- Lead and optimize our digital table booking system, balancing guest experience and capacity maximizing
- We always greet our guests with enthusiasm and motivation, ensuring they have a memorable experience. You will ensure that we maintain our high guest satisfaction by supporting your colleagues in creating playful and professional guest experiences
- implementation and continuous updating of work processes

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:
- Have minimum of 5 years of experience from similar jobs coordinating daily operations - also in high season where things are moving fast
- Understand data and utilize it in the best way
- Enjoy stakeholder management
- Have a strong overview and communication skills
- Are skilled at organizing, coordinating, and sharing your knowledge
- Find it easy to communicate in Danish and English - both verbal and written
This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to take on responsibility and role model thus developing your leadership skills. The Team Lead role is an operational role, where you spend your working hours with our guests who come from all over the world. You can expect to work every 3. weekend, and evening shifts can occur.
