Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.
Service North & West is responsible for Service Sales, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance of the wind turbines within the UK/IRL and Nordic countries. As Team Leader in PFO & Commissioning you will be leading a team of technicians working in the field in all N&W countries.

Responsibilities

Develop individual technicians and Team
Ensure good collaborating and working environment
Ensuring your employees are compliant with Vestas safety standards and processes
Implement department strategic initiatives
Continuously improve safety and enable effective operational performance
Hiring and performance revision of your employees

Qualifications

Interested in becoming a leader or already a leader
Experience with or insights into the daily work in WTGs
Leads by example and able to motivate others
Self-driven and able to collaborate actively in a leadership team
Organized and methodical approach to work
Continuous drive for safety, quality and performance improvements

Competencies

Role model with a Safety and Compliance mindset
Empowerment, change driven, team player, people coaching
Good communications skills
Self-organization
Good IT skills, Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce

Location: Videbæk, Denmark.
