Job Description
We are looking for an experienced consultant who can drive our efforts in setting up a Degreed site for technical or role based onboarding across our Automation department in Fill & Finish Expansions.
In the coming time we will onboard many new colleagues and we are looking to build a technical onboarding journey that can support an effective and thorough onboarding for internal as well as external colleagues.
We are looking for a candidate that has experience in building effective technical onboarding, learning and training set-ups. Preferable using a Platform like Degreed.
The consultant will drive the technical onboarding project and be responsible for establishing the structure, scope, content etc. for the technical onboarding. The consultant will also be the building the Degreed sites and establishing learning pathways in accordance with the identified needs.
The consultant will drive the project independently with sparring from business support and leadership.
Start Date: 12th of November 2024
End date: End of February 2025
Work Location: Bagsværd, Denmark (Hybrid)
Allocation: Fulltime, time & material
