Technical Track Lead

Job Summary:
The Technical Track Lead will oversee a team of specialists who will be responsible for addressing PC performance issues and enhancing the end user experience on Windows 10/11 based devices. The Technical Track Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions to our colleagues and that the team meets its deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems and related management technologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of overseeing deliverables from a team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of specialists who will be responsible for addressing PC performance issues and enhancing the end user experience on Windows 10 based devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that objectives and timelines are met
- Develop and implement strategies and approaches to improve PC Performance and optimize end user experience
- Provide guidance and support to team members, as needed
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, status reports, and Powerpoint presentations
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure that team members adhere to established policies, procedures, and best practices
- Identify and address technical risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Communicate project status and technical updates to stakeholders and senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles overseeing teams of technical specialists
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and related technologies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus
- Experience in troubleshooting PC performance issues and optimizing end user experience is a plus
- Good understanding of customer service management, as well as the technical aspects of their services. Moreover, you should possess a high level of integrity and strong negotiation skills.
Start Date: 08th of September 2024
Duration: End of March 2025
Allocation: 30 hours per week, time & material (Monday through Thursday).
