Project Coordinator/ Project Manager with Pharma experience and image storage

The Consultant will be responsible for scoping enterprise-wide R&D requirements, assessing current tools across departments, and establishing a validated approach to create a common tool library or package for automated image recognition. This role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders to define goals, align processes, and support the implementation of an efficient, organization-wide solution.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of current automated image recognition tools across departments (as-is analysis).

Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze R&D needs for image recognition and identify desired outcomes.

Develop a validation strategy to ensure the chosen system meets scientific and regulatory standards.

Lead the effort to establish a unified tool library/package for automated image storage, analysis, and predictive experiment results.

Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment with R&D objectives.

Pharmaceutical industry experience: Proven background in pharma-related R&D or technology projects.

Automated Image Recognition expertise: Hands-on experience with image recognition platforms and systems.

Project Management: Strong project planning and organizational skills.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in engaging and managing stakeholders across departments.

Data Collection and Analysis: Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze complex data to guide decision-making.
