Territory Business Manager - Denmark
This position reports to the Country Lead, Denmark and is working out from own home address (field based role) and have their own district (Fyn and Sønderjylland).

What will you do
A Territory Business Manager in Kenvue will through ability to build strong relations to the main customer group (pharmacies, Matas, hospitals and Healthcare centers) and via solid sales skills, secure that Kenvue’s brands get a preferred position within their categories. Kenvue Territory Business Managers will be perceived as the best in the business in regard to; meeting customer needs within category- and brand training, identifying and developing joint business opportunities and executing category/brand solutions - driving recommendation, distribution, display and promotion.
All efforts should aim to reach defined sales targets, cycle activity targets (KPI’s) and market share targets for defined brands in the portfolio, as well as contributing to fulfil the Kenvue sales force vision of being perceived as the No 1. Healthcare company in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing, executing and reporting brand/category trainings to customers
  • Read and study educational or promotional material in relation to sales cycles to make sure that own professional and commercial competence is up to customer and Kenvue’s expectations
  • Participate in sales meeting trainings and performing own preparations be able to deliver the sales message with professionalism and credibility.
  • In co-operation with BUH and BM’s secure to have the professional knowledge level and know-how within Kenvue categories/brands required to meet customers’ expectations.
Deliver on sales cycle targets and priorities
  • Planning and execution of meetings and activities in accordance with what is needed to reach sales cycle targets, call frequency- and coverage targets in each sales cycle.
Region/customer analysis
  • Study and analyse sales data and other customer data to be able to prioritise efforts vs. customers and contribute to optimal customer segmentation and effective use of time in the field.
  • Allocate special attention to the key customers that in total bring 25% of our sales turnover. Making sure to develop these customers at a faster rate than competitors, and defining what kind of support is needed.
Identifying customer opportunities and act on these to create customer value
  • Identify opportunities within customers of activating our categories or brands through additional; trainings, promotions, display, distribution or such. Co-operating with CAT/BUH/KAM/CASH to secure resources and other support in relation to executing the activities.
Joint business planning with customers
  • A key development area for Kenvue is joint business planning with selected customers. Central in this is defining a set of activities during a year to increase sales above the general expected level. This could be done through developing staff selling skills, explore category projects, joint media projects, consumer demonstrations and such.
Trade chain compliance
  • In addition to cycle activities and opportunities identified in customers, the Business Territory Manager will secure compliance of the agreed trade campaigns in the respective trade chains.
Participating in customer meetings/events
  • Throughout the year several different customer meetings and events occur. The Business Territory Manager is expected to participate in these meetings, fronting Kenvue's portfolio and building relations to key personnel within customers.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
  • An OTC sales rep education (LIF) or Health or mercantile education (economics/marketing).
  • Sales experience or relevant health professional background as sales rep for pharmaceuticals or OTC brands towards pharmacies & HCP.
  • Driving licence
  • Fluent in Danish and English
