As our new Territory Manager for pharmacies & pet shops you will build customer relations with pharmacists and staff in pet shops informing and educating them about our Animal Health (AH) products. To be able to perform this function well, you know the market, the customers, the products, the competitors, and you are aware of the latest developments.
You will support the strategy planning process with key insights from the field, competition activation in store, adherence planograms and campaigns.


You will be covering the region Sjælland, including Bornholm, and you will be reporting into the Market Manager Nordics Pet Health Care.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop the sales of our Pet Health Care products, their market share and further strengthen the image of Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Nordics
• Develop, execute, and evaluate the activity plan for the region.
• Manage the pharmacy and pet shop portfolio in your dedicated territory, respecting and implementing the customer segmentation strategy.
• Foster collaboration and ensure sharing of information with all internal stakeholders.
• Use all the elements of the tactical plan to increase customer experience and by this, the value of each customer.
Continuously enrich the segmentation of your pharmacist portfolio by updating their data to improve the customer knowledge and make customer experience more personalized.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM:

• You are an educated pharmacy technician, pharmacist, or product specialist - experience from similar job is a plus.
• A strong ability to build relationships with different personality types (Pharmacies & Pet shops)
• Strong interest to learn about scientific and commercial aspects of products and a willingness to understand trends and evolution within the pharmacy sector.
• Customer focused attitude and commercial mindset to go the extra mile and achieve your goals.
• Strong planning, time management skills and team player attitude
• Function independently with a high degree of initiative, self-organization, flexibility, and reliability.
• A valid driver’s license.
Fluent in Danish and proficient level of English
