Join us to shape the future of IQX, the software-as-a-service (Saa S) platform of FOSS for the food and feed industries.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President (VP) of IQX to lead our dynamic teams in Product Management, Development and Operations & Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record in leading large-scale Saa S projects. You will be reporting to the SVP of Service, QA and IQX.
The position is based at our headquarters in Hillerød.
As Vice President of IQX, you will be entrusted with the ownership and dissemination of the IQX vision throughout the organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader with a robust background in software engineering and a deep passion for innovation to shape the future of a critical platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to

• Own and spread the IQX vision. Develop and implement strategic plans for software development and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development goals and achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from customer & market insights creation, over software planning and design to deployment, maintenance, and support.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our software products.
• Cultivate our innovative spirit and understand the Saa S business opportunities in our markets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, particularly with platforms and modules. You should have a solid track record in managing and scaling Saa S products, with a deep understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Furthermore, we expect you to:

• Come with minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles – preferably from an international company.
• Encompass the full cycle of strategic planning and execution, with proven competencies in Lean principles, continuous improvement, Dev Ops practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Have excellent project management expertise since you will be expected to lead complex initiatives from concept to completion.
• Be a talented communicator – corporate language is English, so full work proficiency in English is required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and the ability to act as a valuable technology partner to our commercial counterparts. Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as you will be leading diverse teams and working closely with various stakeholders across the organization.
