AXIS & partner organization, Pueblo Diferente, are looking for 4 volunteers for their projects on equal access to quality education, strengthening civil society and prevention against violence.

Pueblo Diferente develops the projects:
Proyecto Pro Joven, que es executed under the consigna de “Un mundo más equitativo y justo través de educación de calidad y una sociedad civil fuerte”, Convenio entre Axis y Pueblo Diferente.

Proyecto Sumankaña, which is executed under the slogan "Educational management, a strategy that promotes dialogue and the prevention of violence for the resolution of conflicts". Convenio entre Eirene y Pueblo Diferente.

Both projects work on strategic inter-institutional alliances with Teacher Training Schools and indigenous schools in the municipalities of La Paz, El Alto and Cochabamba, improving the skills and knowledge of teachers and students, through the application of Autogógica methodology (Conduction by uno mismo, basada en el dialogo para creación de nuevos valores). Realizing an organizational effort and links with other organizations of civil society to influence national authorities for the formulation and implementation of public policies, showing how to endorse the applicability of the educational model that PD has developed in its educational projects.

Functions for 1st volunteer:
Elaboración de métodos actualizados e instruments, en el monitoreo de proyectos de desarrollo en el área Financiera.

Actualización de nuevos métodos, en la elaboración de instrumentos financiers, que permita qualificar actividades tecniques en relación a presupuestos. Preserving the organization's financial health.

Apoyo en la elaboración de un Sistema computacional, de control de tiempo y calidad en la execución de proyectos que bincule lo tecnico y lo financiero.

Functions for the 2nd volunteer:
Apoyar los procesos de capacitación directed a estudiantes en formation para se docentes en las thematicas de Educación Sexual Integral.

Accompany the development of the activities of groups of students members of the Club ESI (actors of change) for their constant strengthening through the realization of events and trainings on the topic of Integral Sexual Education.

Apoyar al equipo de Pueblo diferente en la realização de talleres y eventos diríticos a fortarirar los conocimientos de las y los maestros de Bolivia en la theme de educación sexual integral.

Functions for 3rd volunteer:
Apoyo en la Gestión de Proyectos y diseño strategice, que significa, planar y socializar con el equipo estrategias de monitoreo de indicadores y results durante la execución, assurando su correcto complimento. It will be linked to the educational projects of Derechos Sexuales y Cultura de La Paz.

Apoyo en la execución del ciclo del Proyecto en incidencia politica, el voluntario trabajara de cerca con Dirección, para crear tools que pueda medir el desarrollo del stratégic plan en incidencia politica.

Elaboración en Proyectos de desarrollo, el voluntario trabajara de cerca con Dirección. Para la gestioni 20224, la meta es desarrollar Proyectos de medio ambiente, spécializ en recursos hydricios. Sin embargo, the experience of the volunteer in the formulation of projects and other topics is considered of great value, because they will work on the capture of new external donors.

Functions for the 4th volunteer:
Develop and carry out visual elements that transmit in a clear and relevant way our mission, values and projects.

Create illustrations of personages and scenarios aligned with our areas of intervention.

Actively contribute to the maintenance and strengthening of the visual identity of the ONG, guaranteeing coherence in all graphic materials.

Collaborate with the communication area in the creation of content and in the execution of planned actions.
