We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, gathering critical information, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. This role is essential in helping us expand our customer base and grow our business. You must have your own computer, cellphone, internet, and a suitable home office setup.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a provided lead list.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
• Gather and record accurate customer information in our CRM system.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure high-quality appointments.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any additional information as needed.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate has experience in the trucking/transportation industry
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a MUST.
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Must be comfortable making 100 to 250 calls per day.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable computer, cellphone, and internet
• Access to a quiet workspace conducive to making phone calls and maintaining a professional environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if required.
• Shift Hours: 8:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST, Monday to Friday
• Pay: Base pay plus commission
