Sales Development Representative (REMOTE)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a provided lead list.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
- Gather and record accurate customer information in our CRM system.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure high-quality appointments.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any additional information as needed.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a MUST.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Must be comfortable making 100 to 250 calls per day.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable computer, cellphone, and internet
- Access to a quiet workspace conducive to making phone calls and maintaining a professional environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if required.
- Shift Hours: 8:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST, Monday to Friday
- Pay: Base pay plus commission
