Junior Architect
Meta Dimension Concepts is an architecture and creative consultancy offering full architectural services, including design, planning, and interior and exterior solutions. We also provide marketing and branding services. Our growing network includes Integrated Food Franchising (I.F.F.) in Cairo and Saudi Integrated Food Franchising (S.I.F.F.) in Jeddah, with brands like Wagbaty, Pizza Conez, Bottega by Pizza Conez, and 280 Fahrenheit.
Architect (architecture & construction) 0-4 years experience
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Construct clear diagrams using Auto CAD. In-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion, communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. Conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis to ensure regulations are being followed.
· Create plans & drawings clearly outlining architectural design of project. Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science & materials in order to create ideal finished product Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work & adherence to safety standards.
· Oversee & make recommendations throughout entire construction process.
· Working details, Shop drawings, construction drawings.
· Research the different aspects of architecture (e.g. Green Architecture).
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture
You are a good fit for this role if you have:
· Strong organizational skills
creative & presentation skills; open-minded, flexible to novelties, eager to learn, positive thinker.
· Knowledge of Auto CAD 2d, 3d, Rivet, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
· English language
· Knowledge of mac OS is a plus.
