Architect, with experience: 4-7 years in architecture & construction
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Construct clear diagrams using Auto CAD. In-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion, communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. Conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis to ensure regulations are being followed.
· Create plans & drawings clearly outlining architectural design of project. Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science & materials in order to create ideal finished product Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work & adherence to safety standards.
· Oversee & make recommendations throughout the entire construction process. Working details, Shop drawings, construction drawings. Research the different aspects of architecture (e.g. Green Architecture).
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture
You are a good fit for this role if you have:
· Strong organizational skills
· creative & presentation skills; open-minded, flexible to novelties, eager to learn, positive thinker.
· Proficient in Auto CAD 2d, 3d, Rivet, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
· English language
· Knowledge of mac OS is a plus.
