Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in expanding our marketing department and streamlining our execution cycle to enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing and branding materials.
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Communication Specialist to achieve the best creative and artistic results for our brand communication.
- Produce high-quality designs that align with our brand identity.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while managing a fair workload.
- Contribute to various projects, including but not limited to digital assets, print materials, and packaging designs.
- Adapt and iterate on designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Requirements:
- BA in Graphic Design or a degree from an art school.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
- Ability to work well within a team and handle constructive criticism.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Up to two years of work experience in graphic design is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.).
- Video editing or web design skills would be highly appreciated and considered a significant advantage.
- Experience in areas such as logo design, branding services, social media design, illustrations, packaging design, presentation design, 3D illustration, identity design, brand guidelines, t-shirt and merchandise design, and flyer and brochure design is a plus—the more skills you bring, the merrier!
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
