- Ability to work constructively with multi-functional teams.
- Excellent Rendering & Visualization skills.
- Ability to prepare high quality 3D renders, exterior & interior.
- Support in general architectural works including architectural design, coordination, preparation of authorities’ submissions, preparation of tender documents, and preparing related reports.
- Support in development of proposals, designs, sketches, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards…etc.
- Communicating with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project drawings with the intended visuals.
- Works closely and effectively with leadership to keep informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and appropriately following up.
- Be a supporter of quality and automation across all aspects of the delivery and operation.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural visualizations.
- Proficiency in 3D Max and its rendering software is a MUST.
- Proficiency in post processing software like Adobe Photoshop is a MUST.
- Proficiency in Revit and Auto CAD is a MUST.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Capable of meeting project deadlines and delivering solid project results.
- Flexible attitude.
- Candidates must be able to take direction from the management and manage assignments in an organized and efficient manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From E£1,000.00 per month
