Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Cairo, Egypt for a BIM Engineer (Architecture.). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with architects, Structure engineers, MEP engineers to develop and manage the Building Information Models (BIM) for different projects. The BIM Engineer will also oversee the creation of detailed models, drawings up to LOD 500, and documentation and ensure that all BIM project requirements are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Report to the Team leader
Responsible for all structural or Architectural BIM modeling using Revit
Coordinate with MEP and STR BIM teams
Check for clash detection with other disciplines
Prepare Architectural design reports
Generate and extract model-based quantities and drawings.
Prepare shop drawings in LOD 400 and 500
Job Requirements
Experience 3 to 7 years in the same field
Extensive knowledge of BIM software Revit & BIM 360
Experience in the implementation of BIM coordination workflows among architectural and engineering disciplines.
Experience in the creation of BIM models, LOD 400 or more , and detailing according to different project requirements.
Experience in preparing LOD 400 Shop drawing for Execution and Fitout projects is mandatory.
Ability to support the development of project standards and workflows to ensure BIM model consistency and efficiency.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: E£250.00 - E£350.00 per month
