Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architectural Modeler with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM workflows and be proficient in using industry-standard software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed BIM models for architectural projects, including ID, facade, and landscape elements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Create and manage BIM documentation, including schedules, reports, and drawings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling
- Proficient in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Archi CAD, Sketch Up)
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ID, facade, and landscape design
- Knowledge of coordination and clash detection software
- Familiarity with sustainability and green building standards
