Position: Business Process Consultant

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze and design effective business processes. Your expertise will help our clients reduce complexity, enhance efficiency, and speed up operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate current processes using financial measures and operational impact analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze both financial and non-financial data through interviews and observations.
- Develop actionable recommendations to drive productivity, minimize waste, and eliminate redundancies.
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand processes, root causes, and outcomes; create metrics to ensure goals are met and improvements are sustained.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with department-specific teams to share ideas and explore opportunities for growth.
- Maintain ongoing communication with business leaders regarding improvement initiatives.
- Collect and coordinate responses to benchmarking surveys, ensuring data is organized and presented clearly.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Business Information Systems.
- Process certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, QMS, or equivalent) are a plus.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in writing policies and procedures, and designing flowcharts in both Arabic and English.
- Experience in customer experience processes and measuring customer satisfaction is preferred.
- Background in consulting, finance/accounting, IT/operations, or contact center environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
