About Taager
Taager is the first B2B startup focused on social sellers- Merchants. We are democratizing the social e-commerce space by enabling budding as well as seasoned entrepreneurs to sell online with no required capital, inventory, or operational experience. We have our Merchants covered from merchandising, warehousing, shipping, cash collection and customer service.
In 2019 we started as a team of 8 people, now we are over 350 employees across Egypt, KSA and the UAE. We serve more than 34K social e-commerce sellers from incredibly diverse backgrounds – from students earning a part-time income to highly ambitious digital marketing experts looking to become solo entrepreneurs. The sellers on our platform benefit from access to 2,500+ highly marketable products. Our people are driven by our mission and motivated by our desire to deliver the most seamless customer experience to the sellers on our platform. About the Role:
Product Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product/s performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify potential issues or opportunities.
- Recommend product improvements and optimizations based on findings.
- Monitor the profitability of SKUs and analyze their performance to ensure optimal pricing strategies.
- Work closely with the supply chain planning team to ensure the timely availability of selected products.
- Identify and address potential supply chain bottlenecks that could impact product performance.
- Partner with the marketplace team to ensure optimal product distribution and listing effectiveness across merc
- Collaborate on strategies to increase product visibility and conversion rates on Taager platform.
- Work closely with the merchant growth team to gather feedback on product performance, pricing, visibility, and accessibility from the merchants.
- Address merchant concerns and provide support to ensure their success in promoting and selling Taager’s products.
- Fulfill merchants requests on SKUs.
- Supervise the profitability of individual Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
- Responsible for re-pricing efforts to maximize margins while aligning with overall business goals.
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial and category management

Previous experience working in an e-commerce industry.
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Strong Communication Skills, ability to adapt to different communication styles
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance between their needs to achieve common goals.
- Ability to make decisions sharply and quickly
- Openness to new ideas and their implementation and ability to react and adapt to changing situations appropriately.
- Ability to provide direction and motivation to others through communication, modeling appropriate behavior, optimism and high achievement.
- Ability to strategize, implement and build constituency programs and activities.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to deal with different personalities and adapt to different situations.
- Proven ability to perform well in stressful situations.
- Commitment to the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Knowledge of Excel is required
