Initially as a Delivery Lead in the team, your role will involve:

• Working directly with our clients and teams to understand their business through the creation of use cases, process flows, documenting pain-points and defining user needs
• Leading the development of data requirement
• Acting as the go-to between the end-users, stakeholders, and delivery teams
• Proposing solutions to challenges, working with stakeholder to gain buy-in and using delivery methodologies to deliver iterative improvements
• Supporting the resolution of risks and issues impacting delivery
• Building and maintaining stakeholder / client relationships
• Analyzing current systems and recommending improvements.
• Guiding teams towards effective IT service delivery.
• Coordinating and facilitating processes across the organization.
• Setting and enforcing policies/procedures for computer systems operation and data processing.

As your role progresses, you will be:

• Managing, maintaining, and growing strong relationships with your teams, clients, and software vendors/suppliers
• Leading and developing junior talent to become future leaders within our team
• Optionally, you may choose to become a technology specialist, becoming a subject matter expert covering design, delivery and support
• Connect to your skills and professional experience

Essential:

• 7+ years of experience in the IT field.
• Minimum of 3 - 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in building and maintaining stakeholder / client relationships
• Experience in leading teams and projects
• Practical knowledge in ITSM to understand different processes, …etc.
• Researching new ways to make use of processes
• Presenting information generated from the team to clients and managers.
• Demonstrate high organizational skills and a methodical approach to problem solving
• Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and innovatively with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Demonstrate strong communication including spanning technical and business language barriers and be able to run feature kick-off sessions and apply story mapping techniques
• Demonstrable experience in using tools (JIRA / confluence / Excel) to manage designs, prototypes, and user stories

Desirable:

• Professional qualifications / certifications: BCS Business Analysis, SCRUM alliance certification in Product Ownership, PMP, etc.
• Experience in managing user stories, discover as-is status, or map a customer journey to build products

Personal independence
