Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an English Customer Service Specialist (Telecommunication) at Teleperformance in Cairo, Egypt. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and issues, communicating effectively, and assisting with customer training and support.
Qualifications
