- Perform commissioning, troubleshooting and fact-finding activities on gas turbines and relevant auxiliary systems
- Performs routine tasks by applying Siemens Energy procedures and protocol
- Identifies, address, and resolves problems
- Prepare outage reports
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline from a reputable university
- Solid technical skills in gas turbine commissioning
- 3 years experience in cold & hot mechanical commissioning tasks for power generation large Gas turbines. Fact Finding experience is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English language effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
- Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office suite
