Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting visual marketing and service line needs by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under strict deadlines This position collaborates with the Marketing team to execute the strategic vision of special projects, pitches/presentations and property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners and broader Service Delivery teams

Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting visual marketing and service line needs by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under strict deadlines This position collaborates with the Marketing team to execute the strategic vision of special projects, pitches/presentations and property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners and broader Service Delivery teams
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces our status and
- Design and layout of materials for internal communications and engagement with our board of
- Design and layout of essential business materials (eg business cards, presentations)
- Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts
- Edit video clips for use on social media platforms is a plus
- Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events
- Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction
- Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction
- Assist team in developing and executing communications plans
- Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts
- Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms
- Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics
Job Skills and Abilities:
- Good command of English language
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual, executional, and creative ability across multiple media
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- A strong eye for visual composition
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Experience with computer-aided design
- Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (You Tube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
