Position: Midlevel HR Recruiter
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Midlevel HR Recruiter to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment and will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various positions within the company. This role requires someone who can effectively source, screen, and select candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for midlevel positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of the company's employer brand by ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Research: Stay informed about trends in the local job market to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth transition of new hires into the company by coordinating onboarding activities and ensuring they have the necessary resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on midlevel roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Egyptian job market and local labor laws.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
