Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Recruiter to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs, while also playing a key role in developing recruitment strategies and improving the overall recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, for various positions across the company.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including the use of social media, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage potential candidates through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by creating a positive candidate experience and promoting the company as an employer of choice.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in recruitment and the job market in Egypt to ensure a competitive hiring process.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a strong focus on senior-level roles.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Egyptian job market and local labor laws.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to drive decisions.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle changing recruitment needs.
