Job Description
As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our employee benefits programs, particularly in medical and health insurance and allowances. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and enhance employee satisfaction.

Job Description
As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our employee benefits programs, particularly in medical and health insurance and allowances. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and enhance employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Employee Benefits: Oversee the administration of medical and health insurance plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies related to health benefits and allowances.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
- Data Analysis: Analyze benefits utilization and employee feedback to recommend improvements.
- Communication: Provide training and resources to employees about their benefits options and enrollment processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with insurance providers and third-party vendors to negotiate and manage contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1:3 years of experience in HR, specifically in medical and health insurance benefits.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Two days off (Friday & Saturday)
- 8 working hours
