- Job Purpose:
- We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an insights analyst. As an insights analyst you will be responsible for providing the management and the organization with the comprehensive analysis and interpretation of key sales performance indicators and forecasting, a strong understanding of different businesses and the underlying analytics and the ability to translate business requirements into analysis, collect and analyze data and make recommendations back to the business

Key Accountabilities:
- Ability to deep dive into sales data and other data sources, then convert them into actionable insights and recommendations to be presented to stakeholders (mainly the sales team).
- Partner across the team to understand business requirements, decision architecture use cases, current challenges, business questions, processes, and related data.
- Analyse business requirements and KPIs and ensure delivery of all key information needed by the business teams to meet the business requirements.
- Ability to build a deep dive into customer insights analysis and find opportunities for growth.

Education, Experience, and Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or any related field.
- Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent Power Point/presentation skills • Experience and Expertise in using MS Office
- Analysis & Data skills (How to read data & get actionable insights out of it)
- Research Skills
- Good Communication skills
- Language: Excellent in written and spoken English as well as Arabic
