Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior and Lighting Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces, with a particular focus on innovative lighting solutions. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing lighting plans for a variety of projects, ranging from residential homes to commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present interior and lighting design concepts that meet the client's needs and preferences.
Create detailed design plans, elevations, and lighting layouts.
Select appropriate lighting fixtures, materials, and furnishings to complement the design concept.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and functional design solutions.
Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines.
Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of designs and ensure quality control.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies in interior and lighting design.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide regular updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineer , Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior and Lighting Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of lighting design principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Knowledge of Dialux, Revit,3D MAX, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
