Procurement Assistant

Job Description
The procurement assistant meets the needs of the office and the staff of all tools and
fixed assets, as well as hotel and car booking whenever requested.
Collect the quotations from different suppliers, hotels, print shop, transportation
companies …. when needed.
providing vendor list for all kind of goods.
Preparing all procurement cycle such as contracts, bid analysis, PO and delivery report.
Providing Annual contracts with suppliers if needed.
For specific items, provide a sample to conduct quality validation by the requester or by
a technical advisor before issuing the order.
Keeping the purchased items book to be aware of the remaining quantities and number
of items to help in procurement planning.

Job Requirements

technology).
4. Knows and respects the rules and processes of the different domains concerning
one’s activities.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Excellent knowledge of internal financial procedures and audit requirements.
7. Ability to respect work plans and deadlines.
Education / Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business
Administration,
Experience: 1 Year to 2 Years of Experience in procurement, preferred in NGO
environment, of which at a management level within the finance department of an
international organization or business.
Languages: good English.
Skills: Good negotiator
IT Knowledges: Advanced in MS Office
