As a <Project Sales Manger> you’ll be responsible for Grow Projects business and connected Lighting in North East Africa region

What you’ll do

• responsible for implementing locally relevant distribution strategy to drive sales growth and market share
  
• Delivers on operational targets as defined by Commercial Director of the channels
  
• Manages customers offer performance and delivers on AOP targets
  
• achieves revenue, margins and sales productivity efficiencies targets within the assigned geographical area across different channels in Products and Systems Selling
  
• Establishes high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction and Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability
  

Your qualifications

• 8+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products & services to accounts
  
• experience in selling complex offerings consisting of multiple building blocks – e.g., diverse hardware, software, servicing
  
• Manages sales team to achieve sales targets and implement BMC key initiatives if relevant for the area
  
• Skilled in one-to-many negotiations, able to create demand for solutions by leveraging empathy and trust-based relationships
  
• Key account planning skills and focus on strategic relationships development in addition to Financial Acumen
