You can be successful in this role if:

• Preparing commission & competitions for sales team
• Following with fleet team, maintaining cars to ensure of its readiness to join to field
• Follow up delivering sales cars to sales force (BDs, STLs, Mangers, etc.)
• Prepare & set plans to deliver cars that serve our RTM plan of transferring routes from conventional to presell
• Control & maintain sales structure head count with HR to adjust all changes that happen on the field to be reflected on the system
• Create and update product range for all customers on sales buzz
• Allocate targets per routes, STL, USM, drivers and helpers
• Calculating sales per routes, STL, USM, drivers & helpers
• Build and update dashboard for RTM
• Provide customized reports for RTM
