Overview:
Main purpose of position
Currently we are looking for a Recruitment Manager in Cairo, Egypt to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for critical end –to-end recruitment process within area of scope (country/region/function), but also take the lead in other global recruitment processes. This position will have a key role in the further development of the global recruitment function in Scatec and is expected to advice, train and coach hiring managers/team leaders to support the forecasted growth of the company.

Main purpose of position

As our Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for critical end –to-end recruitment process within area of scope (country/region/function), but also take the lead in other global recruitment processes. This position will have a key role in the further development of the global recruitment function in Scatec and is expected to advice, train and coach hiring managers/team leaders to support the forecasted growth of the company.
Main responsibilities
- Drive recruitment efforts specifically aligned with new technologies like green H2 and Solar+BESS, ensuring we attract the right skill sets to support these groundbreaking projects on time
- Design and deliver initiatives related to strategic workforce planning
- Advice, coach, and training hiring managers and management teams in workforce planning and efficient recruitment
- Ensure screening, interviewing, and testing in line with our recruitment procedures and policies & Lead negotiations and ensure contracts with successful candidates
- Ensure negotiation and contracts with relevant recruitment agencies when relevant
- Build internal competencies that are critical for scaling our operations, especially in areas where we will need highly specialized talent.
- Ensure data quality in various HR systems
- Design and develop HR recruitment policies and processes, suggest improvements
- Analysis, reports, and structure recruitment data to be presented to senior management
- Advice managers and ensure compensation & benefits are aligned to and implemented according to rewards policies and benchmarks.
Qualifications and competencies
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment in international companies, recruitment agencies
- Proven track record of hiring technical positions in relevant industries
- Fluent in English, spoken and written (Frensh is a plus)
- You are used to changing environments and to quickly meet new challenges
- Expert understanding of HRIS systems, recruitment portals and recruitments tests
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Sound knowledge of MSOffice
