Are you a passionate sales professional looking to make an impact in the dynamic world of climate solutions? Danfoss is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our innovative Danfoss Climate Solutions product portfolio, specifically in Hydronic S, across the Egyptian market.
You will help shape the future of climate solutions, while spreading the word about our cutting-edge products and solidifying the Danfoss brand. This is your chance to drive growth, build strong relationships, and contribute to the sustainability of the industry.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Identify and build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, and key decision-makers,
- Grow our business in the market and increase market share by identifying new opportunities,
- Develop and execute sales plans while managing a detailed customer database,
- Qualify, follow up, and close sales opportunities, updating the sales pipeline,
- Conduct product presentations and provide technical advisory services,
- Represent Danfoss at sales meetings and trade shows,
- Contribute to demand planning and rolling forecasts,
- Track market trends and project pipelines to drive business growth,
- Provide commercial and technical support to distributors in Egypt,
- Ensure smooth order processing and transaction management.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
- At least 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in chilled water systems or relevant sales in control valves and energy meters,
- Clear understanding of value selling is a key success factor,
- Experience with CRM tools,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Strong time management and prioritization skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Fluent in English and Arabic,
- Works independently with minimal supervision,
- Ability to travel.
