Senior Human Capital Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Human Capital
ROLE SUMMARY
This role is responsible for managing and driving Human Capital related activities such as organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management and development, total rewards, employee experience and relations compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues for all employees within Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions Egypt.

ROLE SUMMARY
This role is responsible for managing and driving Human Capital related activities such as organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management and development, total rewards, employee experience and relations compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues for all employees within Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions Egypt.
ROLE PROFILE
- Human Capital Strategy: Develop and implement Human Capital Strategies for Global Solutions Egypt, focusing on talent attraction, retention, and development. Drive key Human Capital initiatives with various functions.
- Organization Design: Collaborate with functional leaders and the OD department on organization design initiatives. Work with the Total Rewards team for accurate job evaluations.
- Talent Acquisition: Forecast manpower needs and costs for Global Solutions Egypt. Support the recruitment process by conducting Human Capital interviews and developing fitment sheets and offer letters.
- Talent Management: Ensure the implementation of talent management processes and frameworks. Identify high-potential employees and support their development.
- Development of Senior Managers: Coach and build the capability of senior managers to contribute to organizational effectiveness.
- Training Delivery: Deliver training for various Human Capital initiatives to empower business stakeholders.
- Policies and Procedures: Provide expert advice to line managers and team members in areas including Human Capital policies and procedures, grievance, and performance management.
- Performance Management and Reviews: Guide line managers and team members in areas such as performance management and performance reviews, as well as remuneration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or human Capital Management
- Master's degree in the same field is preferred.
- 10+ years in a Human Capital Department
- Professional HR Certification such as CIPD, SHRM is preferred.
- Outstanding Stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
