We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Raisa. You will be responsible for working on designing new experiences for Raisa products. You will be working and collaborating with product managers, engineers, data scientists (Cairo, Egypt), and Oil and Gas professional users (Denver, USA) to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.


Job Duties

• Conduct user research and usability activities.
  
• Research and share industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences.
  
• Consider user feedback, technical constraints/opportunities and user research findings.
  
• Deliver business vision using design artifacts such as Information Architecture, User flows, and prototypes.
  
• Develop interactive prototypes to communicate detailed components interaction behaviors.
  
• Communicate and present your work to different team members and stakeholders.
  
• Define success criteria for your work and iterate on your design to reach desired outcome.
  
• Contribute to building and maintaining our Design system at Raisa.
  
  

Must Have

• 3-7 years of experience in product design
• Experienced in user research and usability testing.
• Experienced in conducting user interviews.
• Experienced in creating and maintaining design systems.
• Experienced in creating prototypes.
• Strong sensibility of best design practices for production delivery across platforms.
• Problem-solving skills through collaborative work with product and tech teams.
• Experienced in wire framing and prototyping tools like (Figma, Axure, etc...)
• You’re organized and you don't miss the details.
• Know how to collaborate with other designers, product managers and engineers.
• Proactive and take initiatives.
• Good in UI and visual design.
