Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Days Off: Friday and Saturday

Job Description:
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize databases, social media, and other platforms to identify and attract potential candidates.

Communicate with our clients to identify their recruitment needs

• Screening: Review resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Assessment: Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the integration of new employees into the company.
• Best Practices: Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to improve our processes.
• Reporting: Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
• Innovation: Suggest new ideas to enhance talent acquisition activities.
• HR Support: Assist the HR department with any additional tasks as needed.
• Company Promotion: Enhance the company’s reputation as a great place to work.

Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with a preference for experience in various HR functions.
Prefer Female
Skills: Excellent communication skills.
Other: Ability to work on-site in Dokki.
