As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly across our global offices. You’ll support our leadership team, coordinate essential tasks, and help create a smooth, efficient work environment for everyone.
Here's a snapshot of what your wide-ranging daily administrative responsibilities could include:
- You will be the guru of our travel and meeting arrangements, ensuring everything runs smoothly without extra hassle, including necessary meeting minutes administration (preparations, signature process, filing).
- You will oversee travel and other expense reports, our insurances, contract signature management and filing.
- You'll look after all of our offices globally, making sure employees are comfortable and have the equipment they need.
- You're the right hand (and sometimes left leg) of our Leadership team, handling various administrative duties that support their initiatives effectively.
We would love to hear from you if you identify yourself from some of the following items:
- You have a relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business Administration),
- you bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role to the table,
- you are tech savvy and know your way around different systems,
- you are the master of keeping many things running at the same time and creating structure from chaos,
- common sense is your middle name,
- since the role involves handling sensitive and confidential information, you need to have reliability and attention to detail,
- you have a proactive, positive mind-set and you're easy to work with,
- your verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English are on an excellent level.
