Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner to join Tosibox Products & Technologies (P&T) unit in Tampere or Espoo (Finland). As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the development of products which are essential element(s) of Tosibox Platform.
In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our platform by guiding the development of key products that our customers depend on every day. You'll work closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure our product roadmap aligns with the company’s vision, while also staying agile enough to adapt to changing market needs. Your ability to manage priorities, collaborate across teams, and translate business needs into product features will be key to your success.
Here's a little glimpse of what you'll do:

Own and execute the roadmap for the owned products to ensure the products align with the company vision and strategic objectives
Create and maintain a well-organized product backlog, ensuring that features, user stories and other requirements are well-defined and ready for development
Regularly communicate updates on product roadmap, release progress, and other product related matters; conduct knowledge sharing sessions and product demos
Cooperate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine the go-to-market strategy, product messaging and value proposition

You will work with modern development tools and methods. In addition to your own team, you will be supported by 70+ Tosiboxians across the globe. Your accurate role in the team is tailored based on your skills and preferences.
We would love to hear from you if you have:

3+ years of experience in product ownership or technical product management
A solid understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
Strong analytical skills, along with the ability to translate business and customer needs into actionable development goals
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha! to manage projects and product backlogs
You are based in Finland, with a valid work permit

And it's even more awesome if you have:

Experience in B2B Saa S product development
A solid understanding of network and security technologies (such as VPN, Firewalls, IPS, IDS, PKI)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
