Analytics Lead, Clash Royale or Hay Day

We are hiring two Analytics Leads, one for Clash Royale and one for Hay Day, each a genre-defining mobile game with millions of monthly players. Clash Royale recently turned 8 years old, and we feel we've only begun to realize its potential. Similarly, Hay Day, which is celebrating its 12th anniversary, continues to captivate players with its vibrant farming experience.
We're obsessed with improving the player experience and willing to take risks to get there. We are now looking for Analytics Leads to be the driving forces in leveraging data to make better decisions and ultimately improve and grow both games.
In these roles, you would lead a small but highly capable analytics team that works closely with the rest of the game team. We all sit in the same team space filled with people who are deeply passionate about making our games better every day.

Responsibilities:

Drive the strategic and operational use of data to enhance decision-making and provide actionable insights.
Lead and align the analytics team to focus on high-impact projects that significantly improve the games' performance.
Ensure optimal staffing of the analytics team, facilitating professional growth and enabling team members to produce their best work.
Collaborate with key game team stakeholders—including the General Manager, Live Ops & Monetization Lead, Marketing Lead, and Design Lead—to support and challenge their strategies and decisions.
Actively participate in strategy formulation and refinement for the games.

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team of analytics professionals.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Bias for action to deliver performance results through data and insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for gaming, with specific interest or experience in mobile games being a significant plus.
