PRODUCT OWNER, ANALYTICS
As Lindström’s new Product Owner in Analytics, you will develop our analytical capabilities to ensure data-driven decision-making and continued business growth. In this role, you will support the overall group strategy by developing and executing our analytics strategy and activities. Your location will be at our Head Office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, where we are working in a hybrid model.

PRODUCT OWNER, ANALYTICS
As Lindström’s new Product Owner in Analytics, you will develop our analytical capabilities to ensure data-driven decision-making and continued business growth. In this role, you will support the overall group strategy by developing and executing our analytics strategy and activities. Your location will be at our Head Office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, where we are working in a hybrid model.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Developing, maintaining, and executing the analytics strategy, practices, and activities
- Acting as owner of analytics capabilities in one or more functional domains (e.g. Sales and Marketing, Service and Product concept development, Supply chain, Service operations)
- Leading development projects to maximize the value of data
- Ensuring the product backlog is up to date and manageable
- Managing budgets and costs, as well as prioritizing work items
- Engaging and guiding Lindströmers to adopt analytics processes, tools, and best practices, as well as training users and data specialists
- Collaborating with other product owners to build scalable and reusable solutions
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in information systems, economics, or related field
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- In-depth understanding of data modelling for analytics
- Good understanding of Microsoft data and analytics products, (SSIS, Microsoft Power Platform etc.)
- Basic understanding of ETL/ELT processes and tools
- Experience in working with SQL, Python, and R, as well as tools such as Jira, Trello, or Confluence
- Basic understanding of Data Quality and Master Data management
- A goal-oriented and proactive working style
- Strong written and spoken English language skills
