THE OPPORTUNITY
The Business Analyst is responsible for driving the mindset transformation on data usage & analysis in Finland.In your role, you will provide the business with actionable market, customer and competitive insights to shape the brand strategy/tactics and improve decision making, based on regular or ad-hoc analysis.
Furthermore, the Business Analyst serves as primary business partner for custom reporting & standard dashboards and is accountable for short- and long-term (next five years) forecasting.
You will act as a consultant and trusted partner for our Leadership team, and different internal stakeholders and teams: such as brand, marketing, medical, among others.
If you enjoy working cross-functionally and being a strategic partner to the business, have strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, this role might just be for you.
The work location is Tammasaarenkatu 5, Helsinki. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing and Sales.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze brand/market performance & customer experience from different data sources and provide recommendations to optimize strategy and/or execution.
- Ensure local input on KPIs to track business transformation on GTM and measure impact of key activities.
- Provide monthly updates of demand forecasts for supply planning and, long-term forecasting.
- Monitors budget performance and follow up. Serves as consultant for the operational unit regarding local primary market research projects.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- 2 to 3 years years of relevant experience in business planning, analysis and forecasting.
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Marketing.
- Fluency in Finnish & English languages.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and generate accurate forecasts.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. You are agile and able to collaborate cross-functionally.
