About you

• 5-10 years of experience in business development/sales of high-tech products and solutions, engineering services, or consulting.
• BSc, MSc, or higher with an affinity for district heating and/or energy and are comfortable in a technical and international environment.
• Fluent in Finnish and English is a must.
• Demonstrated, intrinsic motivation to tackle climate change through technology and innovation.
• You can build and nurture professional relationships to expand the company’s network of clients & partners.
• Independent: You hit the ground running and are comfortable to (for the time being) work remotely and you know when to ask for help.
• You have a proven track record of success and are coachable.

• You have an existing network in the Finnish district heating industry.
• You are fluent in other Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).

• A very ambitious scale-up: raised Series A from an international consortium of investors in the sustainable energy industry, on the path to series B.
