Description and Requirements
Your key responsibilities are to:
- Develop strategic metric driven growth sales plans for each of your customers. Execute and maintain Account Business Plans & manage the performance of resellers to maximize Lenovo business
- Setup regular meetings and business planning sessions with internal Stakeholders and Partners, including QBR’s
- Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities and engage with all responsible internal and external stakeholders
- Report weekly on account status – quarterly performance, forecasting and business planning vs target
- Establish a clear Lenovo Finland company positioning. Collaborate with EMEA Channel and SMB organization to gain support & approval for local segment strategy and growth planning
- Identify business risks (ongoing gap analyses) and create recovery plans at an early stage
- Analyze and building tactical plans based on market share, share of wallet of your customer set, pricing analyses and competitive insight
- Build and maintaining excellent relationships with selected business partners and leverage our channel incentive programs
What you bring:
- Sales experience in the Finnish channel market with a proven track record of success. Proven ability to sell solutions (HW, SW, Services)
- Understanding of the core technologies, industry and market trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to negotiate while maximizing customer satisfaction
- Be part of a team, with best in breed execution quality
- Experience or eager to learn in solution selling and as a service solution; Customer focused – able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations
- Professional fluency in Finnish and English
