About the work
You will be part of a Nordic consumer claims group of 16 people divided into Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
As a claims adjuster for our Finnish customers, you mainly talk with the customers on the phone and e-mail, you ensure that the customer receives the correct compensation and handles the claim in accordance with the insurance terms. You create a good customer meeting with high availability.
Your main duties include:

• Handle illness/accident and business travel claims.
• Ensure that all incoming calls are handled in an efficient and customer-focused manner.
• Identify complaints and resolve them in a professional manner.
• Participate in various claims projects (e.g. improvement of the claims process)

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in service professions with customer contact and customer care.
• Have experience in claims handling.
• Has the ability to make quick decisions and is calm in stressful situations and convey decisions in a clear way.
• Can focus and quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
• Have easy to collaborate with others, take responsibility for your own performance and put a great commitment into your work.
• Fluent in Finnish in speech and writing and very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, other Nordic languages are meritorious.
