We are currently looking for a Coordinator, Test Operators, Customer Delivery to join our team located in Vaasa, Finland. We offer the possibility of hybrid remote work.

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Coordinator, Test Operators, and Customer Delivery, your work will include coaching and motivating self-organized teams. A Coordinator leads by setting a good example and engages the team to achieve commonly agreed goals and objectives. The work also includes acting as a line manager for the assemblers, who belong to a self-organized team, and enabling smooth team operations and effective collaboration. A Coordinator is expected to take a planned, long-term, and self-initiative approach to the work. The work is completed in shifts, having a rolling evening shift with shared responsibility between the Coordinators. There is a possibility for hybrid remote work during evening shifts when the business situation allows.


Requirements for the position:

• In charge of the competence, atmosphere, and occupational safety of the team/teams in the assigned area of responsibility
• Responsible for the managerial tasks (stamping, absence, development discussions, assessment/evaluations etc.)
• Planning deliveries and setting deadlines together with the assembly team and other stakeholders
• Monitoring team performance
• Ensuring competence management and development by planning, preparing, and executing the competence roadmap
• Responsible for making 5S part of teams’ daily activity
• Working in daily cooperation with the Product Delivery organization and other stakeholders

To be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:

• Experience in coaching or leading teams
• Knowledge about self-organized team way of working
• Relevant knowledge and experience of HR principles and labour laws
• Ability to successfully work in a team environment as well as individually
• Development mindset and capacity for conceptual thinking
• Good written and verbal, Finnish and English communication skills
