Customer Logistics Specialist


to join Suunto Supply Chain team in Finland!

Main responsibilities:

• Order processing and related customer service for Suunto EMEA retail customers and partners.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders concerning order delivery, product availability, prices, product range and other related topics.
• Close co-operations with Suunto EMEA sales team and other Suunto teams.
• Coordination and organization of order fulfilment related development initiatives in the market.
Daily management tasks

To succeed, you should exhibit the following skills and qualifications:

• Excellent understanding and knowledge of order execution and international logistics.
• Capability to work independently in a dynamic business environment.
• Capability to consolidate & analyse data.
• A proactive and organized way of working.
• Great collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

An exceptional candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of dynamic customer wearable business and sustainable logistics.
Knowledge of any primary European business languages

You will be based in Suunto HQ in Vantaa, Finland. You would need to have a valid working permit for Finland and proficiency in Finnish language (at least B1 level).
