We are looking for a Cyber Trainee to join our Cyber team!
We offer a temporary (5-6 months) full-time paid position based in our central office in Helsinki. The trainee-period starts in the beginning of 2025.
During the trainee-period, you will be able to complete relevant certifications, learn more about Cyber Advisory, Software Engineering, IT service management, and other IT consulting matters.

As a Cyber Trainee:
Our Cyber unit operates as part of technology consulting services and is focused on wide range of cyber topics; strategy and governance, cyber audits, detection and response, data protection, information security architectures, and identity management. As a Cyber Trainee, you will do:

• coding and pen testing
• deviation management
• study and certification events
• participation in customer assignments and feedback on the work
• celebrate success together with the team

The trainee-period provides a foundation for career paths in technology consulting, engineering, and cyber security. The training and tasks related to the program are focused on building personal expertise, international operating culture and developing the skills needed for customer assignments. The trainee period includes a general competence development framework, where 70% of learning takes place at work, 20% in networks and interactions, and 10% in traditional training and coaching.

Do you have?

• Studies at a final stage or you are a recent graduate of the applicable field
• Strong interest in cyber security and how organizations can prepare for cyber-attacks and other disruptions
• Eagerness to develop your skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and you communicate fluently in English. Finnish skills are seen as an advantage.
