• Ownership of architectural decisions with the developers and Lead developer. Prioritize and manage the overall frontend backlog.
• Lead and oversee all activities related to frontend development within Bee Healthy.
• Promote frontend best practices and advocating consistency of frontend development guidelines across team boundaries.
• Close collaboration between other experts regarding product quality so that the front-end application meets the non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, backend developers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects ensuring that the right things get done at the right time.
• Support of leading technical cross-team specifications meetings and ensuring that the specifications are in order together with the frontend developers.
• Support of mentoring and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and incorporate them when beneficial.
• Participate in the hiring process of new frontend developers and support onboard of new team members.

• Deep understanding of Type Script and React ecosystem
