The opportunity
We’re expanding our business in Finland and are seeking an enthusiastic commercial leader to drive growth, engage our teams, and unlock future opportunities. As Head of Insights & Data Finland , you will oversee a team of 30 consultants divided into two teams: Gen AI & Next-Gen Analytics and AI & Engineering.
You’ll play a key role in driving business development and fostering collaboration across the Nordic region. Reporting directly to Caroline Wilhelmsen, Head of the Nordic Cluster, and working closely with Mikko Misukka, Managing Director of Finland, you’ll also be a valued member of the Finnish management team.

Key responsibilities
As a leader, you’ll have end-to-end responsibility for the Insights & Data business in Finland, including:

• Business Growth: Lead sales efforts, identify new business opportunities, and actively engage with the market
• Performance & KPIs: Manage business performance, including utilization, budget, P&L, and key growth metrics
• Team Leadership & Development: Motivate, develop and coach your team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
• Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment efforts, ensuring continuous growth with your team leads
• Advocacy: To be an enthusiastic thought leader in the field of Data & AI
• Collaboration: Work closely with other business units and sales teams across Capgemini to drive cross-functional success
• Consulting Expertise: Support the engagements with clients through consulting assignments in your areas of expertise

Your profile

The person we are looking for has a proven track record in successfully leading the business with Data & AI and should have an established network of contacts in the business community in Finland. Experience in working with larger corporations can come in handy to be able to take advantage of all the opportunities it entails.

• Previous experience from business leadership within a consulting company.
• A well-established network and commercial experience in Finland.
• Demonstrated experience in sales processes and business development.
• Experience from the Data, Analytics or AI domain.
